Security

Sikapa is intended to handle financially and commercially sensitive information. Security therefore forms part of the platform’s design, development and operational approach.

Our approach

Fraud and impersonation awareness

Sikapa will not ask you to send passwords, one-time passwords, PINs or authentication secrets by ordinary email, social media or unsolicited messages. Verify that you are using official channels before sharing information.

Report a concern

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, phishing attempt, impersonation or suspected fraud involving Sikapa, email info@eitsectechnologies.com with the subject “Security Report”. Please do not publicly disclose sensitive details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Responsible testing

Unauthorised testing, exploitation or access is prohibited. Until a formal vulnerability-disclosure policy is published, researchers should obtain written authorisation before conducting intrusive testing.
