These terms govern access to the Sikapa website, waitlist, forms, content and pre-launch services. Sikapa is a financial technology platform under development by EITSEC Technologies Ltd. Described features may change before launch.

No banking, credit or investment relationship

Using this website, joining the waitlist or submitting an enquiry does not open a bank or wallet account, create a lending relationship, constitute a financial-product application, provide financial advice, guarantee financing or create entitlement to any future feature.

Acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, automate abusive submissions, commit fraud, misrepresent Sikapa, interfere with availability or security, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

Availability and third parties

The website and planned services may be modified, suspended or discontinued. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
